Alyx first learned about Rapha in high school where a seed to advocate for the voiceless was planted in her heart. Her desire to come alongside the broken-hearted led her to pursue training at bible college and eventually go on the World Race, a mission trip traveling to 11 countries in 11 months. While traveling on the World Race, she visited Cambodia and Thailand, and her heart broke for the vulnerable children and community there. Her time in Cambodia specifically reignited her passion for anti-trafficking awareness and for the strengthening of family units.

She joined Rapha's Development team in 2026 and uses her creative eye and organizational skills to help create resources to offer to churches, organizations, and individuals to share about Rapha and child protection in their community. Alyx believes that empowered individuals build unified families and unified families build strong, safe communities. She is passionate about giving a voice to the voiceless through Rapha’s mission.
