The CULTURE OF CARE program is a combination of expert training and consultation designed to assist churches in promoting safety for children and supporting victims of abuse, assault, and exploitation. This program includes a full-day, three-part training, a policy review, and two phone consultations.

Department of Homeland Security (The Blue Campaign) - The Blue Campaign is the voice for the US Department of Homeland Security’s fight against human trafficking.

Department of Justice - Civil Rights Division - In addition to enforcing existing laws against trafficking, the Civil Rights Division is responsible for investigating cases of trafficking and prosecuting traffickers.

Department of Justice Office of Victims of Crime (OVC) - You can report trafficking crimes or get help by calling the Trafficking in Persons and Worker Exploitation Task Force Complaint Line at 1-888-428-7581

Department of Labor (DOL) Employment and Training Administration - The DOL offers programs such as job-search, job-placement assistance and job-counseling services. They also offer referrals to supportive services such as transportation, childcare and housing, through its One-Stop Career Center System. Victims of trafficking can access this system after HHS certification.

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Field Offices - If any one living in the United States suspects a situation of trafficking in the United States, they may call the nearest FBI Field Office.
