Jenni was compelled to take action after learning about the work of Rapha and the devastating reality of human trafficking in 2006. In 2009 she moved to Cambodia to serve alongside our team on the ground and eventually worked for 12 years as Acting Director of a Survivor Care campus. During her years in Cambodia she gained a deeper understanding of the impact this work has on our frontline staff and the essential need for them to be cared for well.

In 2024 Jenni returned to the US and currently serves as Staff Care Director. In this role Jenni's primary focus is to invest in the care and well-being of our frontline staff. Her passion is for them to thrive in the hard work they do because they know they are valued and well cared for.
