Joanne first learned about Rapha’s work in 2012. She purchased gifts for her daughters and friends from the Rapha boutique—that sold purses and bags crafted by girls in survivor care in Cambodia. In 2023, God moved Joanne to begin praying with friends for children being trafficked in the Joplin area. Through this time, God continued developing Joanne’s heart for these children locally and worldwide.

In 2026, Joanne was thrilled to join the Rapha team as Finance Director. She brings an MBA from Baylor University along with extensive accounting and auditing experience. Joanne is excited to use her God-given gifts and talents to help ensure the girls and families Rapha serves experience all that God has planned for their future.

Joanne and her husband, Brad, have four beautiful daughters. She serves in ministry alongside her husband through their local church in Joplin. Joanne and her family enjoy gardening, bowhunting, and spending time with their children and family.
