Building sustainable freedom in communities requires the strengthening of systems, not only the efforts of individual organizations. In each country Rapha International operates, we work in cooperation with a vast network of government agencies, coalitions, and NGO’s to provide services to survivors and to combat human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse.   

RAPHA CAMBODIA

Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation (MOSAVY)
MOSAVY is Cambodia’s government ministry responsible for social welfare, child protection, rehabilitation services, and support for vulnerable populations, including survivors of trafficking and exploitation. The agency plays a central role in coordinating care, reintegration, and protection services for children and families. 

Chab Dai Coalition
Chat Dai is an anti-trafficking coalition in Cambodia that strengthens collaboration among NGOs and community organizations working to prevent exploitation and support survivors of abuse and trafficking. Chab Dai is known for its focus on survivor-centered care, professional training, and systems strengthening across the anti-trafficking sector.  

EMDR Cambodia
EMDR Cambodia is a national association of psychologists and mental health professionals in Cambodia focused on trauma recovery, counseling, training, and mental health awareness throughout Cambodia. The organization specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and provides support for individuals experiencing trauma and PTSD.  

RAPHA THAILAND

Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce (TICAC)
TICAC is a multidisciplinary taskforce that works to combat online child exploitation and trafficking in Thailand through law enforcement collaboration, investigations, victim identification, and digital safety initiatives. 

International Justice Mission (IJM)
IJM is a global human rights organization that partners with local authorities to combat violence against vulnerable people, including human trafficking, online sexual exploitation of children, and forced labor. In Thailand, IJM works closely with law enforcement and social service partners to strengthen survivor protection and criminal justice systems. 

Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) 
MSDHS is Thailand’s government ministry responsible for child protection, social welfare, anti-trafficking response, and services for vulnerable populations. The ministry coordinates prevention, protection, rehabilitation, and reintegration efforts for survivors of exploitation and abuse. 

RAPHA HAITI

Institute of Social Well-Being and Research (IBESR) 
IBESR is Haiti’s governmental child welfare authority responsible for child protection, residential care oversight, adoption services, and safeguarding vulnerable children. The organization plays a key role in strengthening child protection systems and responding to cases of abuse, neglect, and exploitation. 

UNICEF 
UNICEF works globally to protect the rights and well-being of children through programs focused on health, education, protection, nutrition, and emergency response. In Haiti, UNICEF partners with local organizations and government agencies to strengthen child protection and support vulnerable families. 

International Social Service (ISS) 
International Social Service is an international nonprofit network that supports the protection and welfare of children and families across borders. ISS specializes in case management, family tracing, child safeguarding, and international social work collaboration. 

UNITED STATES — HOPE & HEALING CENTER

Missouri Children’s Division 
Missouri Children’s Division is the state agency responsible for child welfare services, including child protection investigations, foster care, adoption, and family support programs aimed at ensuring child safety and well-being. 

RISE Coalition 
The RISE Coalition is a collaborative network of organizations and professionals in Southwest Missouri working to prevent exploitation, support survivors, and strengthen community responses to trafficking and abuse. 

Children’s Center of Southwest Missouri 
Children’s Center of Southwest Missouri provides forensic interviews, advocacy, counseling referrals, and coordinated services for children impacted by abuse and trauma. The center works closely with law enforcement, child welfare agencies, and community partners to support healing and protection for children and families.
