Roger spent a large part of his adult life living with his family in Kunming, China. He spent that time as a technology consultant for various non-profits working in that region. He also served as the IT Director and Computer Science teacher for an international school in Kunming. After the pandemic relocated Roger and his daughter back to Dallas, Texas, he spent the next five years working in the corporate world as an IT System Administrator. 

In March 2026, Roger joined Rapha International as Salesforce Administrator & User Success Coordinator. His dream has been to work for an organization where he can use his IT skills to help make a difference in the world and he is blessed to support Rapha in their inspiring work! 

A born and raised Texan, Roger enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures, discussing politics with his daughter, bluegrass music, fishing, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
