Chief Development Officer

Aryn first partnered with Rapha International in 2018 to conduct child welfare training with church leaders and community members. She has worked extensively with child victims of abuse and neglect as a forensic interviewer, child advocate, and community outreach specialist at the Children’s Center of Southwest Missouri. Aryn has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management.

Aryn joined Rapha’s staff in 2020 and became the Chief Development Officer in 2024, and is responsible for both the Program and Development departments. In her role she oversees the fundraising and communications teams and leads the US and international programs teams in policy writing and strategic direction and planning. Aryn also works with regional and national organizations that combat trafficking in the US, including the Missouri Coalition Against Trafficking and Exploitation, Missouri Supreme Court Commission on Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence, and the National Trafficking Sheltered Alliance.
