ASHLEE JOHNSON
Ashlee grew up in Thailand where she became passionate at a young age to end injustice happening throughout Southeast Asia. During college, Ashlee watched “Finding Home” and after hearing stories of survivors rescued from trafficking, was compelled to join Rapha. She volunteered at Rapha’s home office in Joplin throughout college and immediately after graduation joined Rapha’s overseas staff at Thailand’s Survivor Care Campus. She worked for 7 months with survivors as an Education Specialist before returning to the US in 2019 to be Rapha’s Development Coordinator. Through her role at Rapha, she continues to advocate for survivors through storytelling, grant writing and development.
