Luke learned about Rapha International in 2007, while he was a student pastor in Oregon. He and his family supported Rapha through awareness and fundraising. In 2015 their family moved to Cambodia to work with Rapha’s Prevention programs and to help establish our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices. After working in Southeast Asia for six years, their family relocated closer to our U.S. home office. Luke continues to work on staff as Rapha's Chief Technology Officer. He’s passionate about supporting, empowering, and equipping our staff while protecting our clients and organization
